The University is about 10 km (6 miles) from the city of Patras. Coming from the centre of Patras, take the New National Road towards Athens and turn right at the third set of traffic lights opposite the Toyota Service. Bus:

  - Bus No 6 (for Panepisthmio-Nosokomeio), which leaves from Korinthou Street, runs every ten to fifteen minutes and connects the University Campus, within which the Conference Center is located, with the city. Since some buses go directly to the town of Rion, bypassing the campus, it is advisable to ask before boarding the bus if the specific bus goes to University (Panepistimio) or University Campus (Panepistimioupoli). The Hospital bus, leaves from Ermou and stops at the University as well.
